Which plan is the right one for me?2023-01-26T19:29:07+01:00

If you are new to SCORM Debugger, you may want to start with the “Free” plan, which is free, and allows you to try out the SCORM Debugger and all of its features, although with limitations. It is great to try and evaluate the product, or if you are a sporadic SCORM developer.

If you like SCORM Debugger and need access to a more complete version, choose between the “Starter”, “Specialist” or “Professional” plans.

If you develop your SCORM content with authoring tools other than Articulate Storyline, you can start with the “Starter” plan, unless you need more storage space or a higher number of restore points. But if you regularly work with Articulate Storyline, then “Specialist” or “Professional” is the right plan for you, as these two plans include the advanced debugging features exclusive for Storyline.

Regarding the method of payment, remember that if you subscribe to the annual payment method, you will save the equivalent of two monthly payments!

Can I change my plan once subscribed?2022-11-24T12:10:19+01:00

At any time you can change your subscription to a higher plan. We will charge you the proportional part of the price increase corresponding to the remaining days of your billing period (monthly or annual). When you renew your subscription (monthly or yearly), the new plan will be applied as default.

However, it is not possible to downgrade to a lower plan. If you need to downgrade, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll let you know how to do the process.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?2022-11-24T12:10:18+01:00

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you do, your subscription will not renew when your current billing period (monthly or yearly) ends.

To cancel your subscription, press the “My Account” button to access your personal control panel.

There you will find a button that will allow you to cancel your subscription.

What payment methods can I use to subscribe?2022-11-24T12:32:19+01:00

If you sign up to the “Free” plan, it is not necessary to pay any fee, and therefore, it is not necessary to enter any payment method.

For the rest of the plans, you can pay your subscription by credit or debit card (MasterCard, VISA, Maestro and American Express). When you sign up, we will charge in your card the amount of the chosen plan. Once the billing period has ended (one month or one year, depending on the chosen payment method), your card will be automatically charged with the amount of the chosen plan for the following period.

Remember that you can cancel your subscription at any time. By doing so, you will be able to continue using SCORM Tools until the end of your current subscription period. If, at the time of renewal, you have canceled your subscription, we will not charge any amount to your card again.
